BACKGROUND

Jordan, the founder and owner of JEMS Homes, grew up in a construction family in the Pacific North West. His Grandfather was a well respected home builder in the state of Washington, and Father was a industry leading framing contractor with custom home and multi-residential experience.

Jordan has 15 years experience in the construction industry, specializing in Concrete and Framing. Most recently, before starting JEMS Homes, he worked for a custom home builder as the lead project manager, and completed a civil/structural engineering degree at Arizona State University.

Having worked his entire career in the construction industry, home building has always been a dream of his, and his love for people pushes him to help them reach their dreams.

Every position Jordan has held, he has always strived to improve the way things are done. Using what he learned from engineering practices and self taught programing languages, he is continuously developing new and better digital tools to help with estimating, job cost tracking, material budget tracking and more.

We are not a project oriented company, we are a people oriented company. No matter the size or type of project, our primary goal is making our clients feel like they are cared for and in good hands with JEMS.
